Phyllis is originally from Michigan and moved to Sophia, North Carolina 9 years years ago. She’s been singing and writing songs throughout her life and is part of a collective of artists called the Cageless Birds, who are based in Sophia, North Carolina. Accompanying her tonight is Molly Skaggs on keys and Luke Skaggs on the fiddle.
